Working Operation

• Ingredient Preparation: Cornmeal, rice flour and other suitable ingredients are measured and mixed according to the product recipe.

• Feeding: The prepared mixture is fed into the extruder through the hopper.

• Extrusion: The screw mechanism conveys and processes the mixture under controlled pressure and temperature.

• Shaping: The processed material passes through a suitable die to form the required snack shape.
