Operation

The processed rice or dal is fed into the hopper of the Rice/Dal Color Sorter Machine. The product flows through the sorting channels in a controlled stream while optical sensors and cameras identify grains with different colors or visible defects. When an unwanted grain is detected, a pneumatic air-jet system ejects it from the product stream. The accepted product continues through the outlet for further processing or packaging.
