Grain Elevator

A Grain Elevator is an agricultural material-handling machine designed to lift and transport grains vertically between processing stages. It helps move bulk materials efficiently while reducing manual handling. TRADE SBE supplies grain elevators for grain mills, warehouses, silos, agricultural facilities and food processing plants, with customized heights and capacities available.

Description

Product Applications

Grain elevators are widely used in rice mills, flour mills, grain storage facilities, seed processing plants and agricultural warehouses. They transport wheat, rice, maize, pulses and other suitable granular materials to cleaning machines, dryers, storage silos, grading systems and packaging lines.

Key Benefits

  • Efficient vertical transportation of grains.

  • Space-saving design for grain handling systems.

  • Supports continuous material flow.

  • Suitable for different grain varieties.

  • Durable construction for regular industrial operation.

  • Customizable height and conveying capacity.

Working Operation

Grains are fed into the elevator through the inlet hopper. A motor-driven conveying mechanism lifts the material vertically inside the elevator housing and discharges it through the outlet into the next processing machine or storage unit. The conveying speed and capacity depend on the elevator design, grain characteristics and installation requirements.
