Operation

The gummy production process starts with preparing and mixing ingredients such as sugar, glucose syrup, gelatin or pectin, flavors and permitted colors. The mixture is heated and cooked to achieve the required consistency, then transferred to the depositing system. The gummy mass is accurately deposited into molds according to the selected shape and weight. The filled molds are cooled to set the gummies, after which they are demolded and transferred for optional oiling, sugar coating, sorting and packaging.
