The Manure Separator is designed to separate solid and liquid fractions from poultry manure or other livestock waste streams. It helps reduce the moisture content of collected manure and produces a more manageable solid fraction for storage, composting, drying or organic fertilizer applications.
Manure Feeding System
The feeding section receives manure from a collection conveyor, pump or waste-transfer system and directs it into the separation chamber at a controlled rate.
Separation Chamber

Screw Separation System

Working Principle
Collected poultry manure enters the separator through the feeding section and moves into the separation chamber. The mechanical separation mechanism transports the material while allowing liquid to be extracted from the solid portion.
The separated liquid exits through the designated liquid outlet, while the relatively drier solid fraction is conveyed toward the solid discharge outlet. The separated material can then be transferred for drying, composting, storage or fertilizer processing.

Construction Details
The Manure Separator consists of a manure inlet, separation chamber, mechanical separation mechanism, drive motor, solid discharge outlet and liquid discharge arrangement. Depending on the configuration, it may also include adjustable pressure components, screens or filtration sections.

Maintenance Requirements
