RO Plant

An RO Plant (Reverse Osmosis Plant) is a water purification system designed to reduce dissolved salts, minerals and other impurities using a semipermeable membrane. It typically includes pretreatment filters, high-pressure pumps, RO membranes, storage tanks and a control panel. TRADE SBE supplies RO plants in customized capacities for industrial, commercial and water treatment applications.

Description

Product Applications

RO plants are widely used in food and beverage factories, dairy plants, pharmaceutical facilities, hotels, hospitals, laboratories and manufacturing industries. They provide treated water for production processes, equipment cleaning, boiler feed pretreatment and other applications requiring controlled water quality. The system configuration depends on the raw water analysis and the required treated-water quality.

Key Benefits

  • Reduces dissolved salts and selected impurities.

  • Improves water quality for industrial applications.

  • Available in different treatment capacities.

  • Automatic control panel options.

  • Modular filtration and membrane configurations.

  • Customizable according to raw water quality and output requirements.

Working Operation

Raw water first passes through pretreatment filters to reduce suspended particles and protect the RO membranes. A high-pressure pump then pushes water through semipermeable membranes, which separate a portion of the dissolved salts and impurities. Purified water, known as permeate, is collected for use, while the concentrated reject stream is discharged or managed according to system design.
