Feed Preparation & Conditioning
Prepared feed material is supplied to the pelletizing section after suitable grinding and mixing. Depending on the formulation and machine configuration, conditioning may be used to prepare the feed for efficient pellet formation.
Pelletizing Chamber
The pelletizing chamber contains the main compression and forming mechanism. Feed material is compacted and shaped into pellets as it passes through the pellet-forming assembly.
Die System
The die determines the approximate diameter and shape of the finished pellets. Different die configurations can be selected according to the animal type, feed formulation and required pellet size.
Roller System
The roller assembly works with the die to compress the prepared feed material and force it through the die openings. This continuous compression process produces compact feed pellets.
Feed Inlet
The feed inlet allows prepared feed material to enter the pelletizing chamber in a controlled manner. It can be connected to a mixer, hopper or conveyor as part of an integrated feed-processing line.
Pellet Discharge
After formation, the pellets are discharged from the pelletizing section for cooling, screening, storage or further processing.
Working Principle
Prepared and properly mixed feed material enters the pelletizing chamber. The rotating pelletizing mechanism compresses the material against the die, forcing it through the die openings to form continuous strands of compacted feed.
The formed material is then separated into pellets and transferred through the discharge section. Pellet size and final characteristics depend on the die configuration, formulation and operating conditions.

Construction Details
