Poultry Temperature Controller

The Temperature Controller is designed to monitor and regulate temperature within poultry houses, hatcheries, incubators and other controlled poultry environments. It helps maintain the desired temperature range by controlling connected heating, cooling or ventilation equipment.

Temperature Sensor

The sensor continuously measures the surrounding temperature and provides readings to the controller. Accurate temperature sensing allows the system to respond when the actual temperature moves away from the selected setting.

Alarm Function

An alarm function can be incorporated to alert operators when the temperature moves outside a defined range. Alarm availability and settings depend on the controller configuration.

Working Principle

The temperature sensor measures the surrounding environmental temperature and sends the reading to the controller. The controller compares the measured value with the selected temperature setpoint.

When the temperature falls below or rises above the required level, the controller can activate the connected heating, cooling or ventilation equipment. Once the desired temperature is restored, the controller adjusts or stops the connected equipment according to its programmed settings.

Construction Details
