Poultry Fogging System

The Poultry Fogger is designed to produce a fine mist within poultry houses for applications such as evaporative cooling, humidity management and suitable sanitation procedures. The fine droplets help distribute moisture evenly throughout the designated area when the system is operated under appropriate conditions.

Fogging Nozzle System

The nozzle assembly converts pressurized liquid into fine droplets and distributes the mist across the poultry-house area. Nozzle type and arrangement can be selected according to the intended application.

High-Pressure Pump

A pump supplies the required pressure to the fogging line and pushes water or an approved solution toward the fogging nozzles. The pump specification depends on the system configuration and required coverage.

Water Supply System

Fogging Line

The interconnected piping distributes pressurized liquid from the pump to multiple fogging points. The line can be arranged along the poultry-house ceiling or other suitable locations to provide broad coverage.

Filtration System

A filter can be installed within the water-supply circuit to remove suspended particles before they reach the nozzles. Proper filtration helps maintain reliable nozzle performance.

Pressure Control

A pressure-control arrangement regulates the operating pressure supplied to the fogging line. Stable pressure helps maintain more consistent mist output from the connected nozzles.

Control System

The fogging system can be operated manually or connected to an automatic environmental controller. Automated operation can activate fogging according to programmed temperature, humidity or other environmental conditions.

Working Principle

Water or an approved liquid solution is supplied to the pump and pressurized before entering the fogging line. The pressurized liquid reaches the fogging nozzles, where it is broken into fine droplets and released into the poultry-house environment.

For cooling applications, evaporation of the fine droplets absorbs heat from the surrounding air and can help lower the perceived temperature. For other applications, the appropriate liquid and operating procedure should be selected according to the intended use.

Construction Details

The Poultry Fogger consists of a pressurized pump, water-supply piping, fogging nozzles, filtration components, pressure-control equipment and suitable mounting accessories. The fogging line can be installed across the poultry house to provide controlled mist distribution.
