The Poultry Fogger is designed to create a fine mist inside poultry houses for effective cooling, humidity management, and environmental control. Its high-pressure misting system distributes tiny water droplets evenly throughout the shed, helping reduce heat stress during hot weather. With fine mist generation, uniform spray distribution, efficient cooling, adjustable operation, durable construction, easy installation, and low-maintenance performance, it is suitable for broiler farms, layer farms, breeder houses, controlled-environment poultry sheds, and large-scale poultry facilities.

Poultry Fogger
Poultry Fogging System
The Poultry Fogger is designed to produce a fine mist within poultry houses for applications such as evaporative cooling, humidity management and suitable sanitation procedures. The fine droplets help distribute moisture evenly throughout the designated area when the system is operated under appropriate conditions.
Fogging Nozzle System
The nozzle assembly converts pressurized liquid into fine droplets and distributes the mist across the poultry-house area. Nozzle type and arrangement can be selected according to the intended application.
High-Pressure Pump
A pump supplies the required pressure to the fogging line and pushes water or an approved solution toward the fogging nozzles. The pump specification depends on the system configuration and required coverage.
Water Supply System
The system receives water from a suitable storage tank or supply source. Filtration can be incorporated before the water reaches the nozzles to help reduce blockage and maintain consistent mist production.
Fogging Line
The interconnected piping distributes pressurized liquid from the pump to multiple fogging points. The line can be arranged along the poultry-house ceiling or other suitable locations to provide broad coverage.
Filtration System
A filter can be installed within the water-supply circuit to remove suspended particles before they reach the nozzles. Proper filtration helps maintain reliable nozzle performance.
Pressure Control
A pressure-control arrangement regulates the operating pressure supplied to the fogging line. Stable pressure helps maintain more consistent mist output from the connected nozzles.
Control System
The fogging system can be operated manually or connected to an automatic environmental controller. Automated operation can activate fogging according to programmed temperature, humidity or other environmental conditions.
Working Principle
Water or an approved liquid solution is supplied to the pump and pressurized before entering the fogging line. The pressurized liquid reaches the fogging nozzles, where it is broken into fine droplets and released into the poultry-house environment.
For cooling applications, evaporation of the fine droplets absorbs heat from the surrounding air and can help lower the perceived temperature. For other applications, the appropriate liquid and operating procedure should be selected according to the intended use.

Construction Details
The Poultry Fogger consists of a pressurized pump, water-supply piping, fogging nozzles, filtration components, pressure-control equipment and suitable mounting accessories. The fogging line can be installed across the poultry house to provide controlled mist distribution.
The system can be integrated with cooling pads, exhaust fans, environmental controllers and water-storage equipment as part of a complete poultry climate-management system.
Maintenance Requirements
Clean fogging nozzles regularly to prevent blockage.
Replace or clean filters according to water quality and operating conditions.
Inspect pipes, fittings and connections for leakage.
Check pump performance and operating pressure.
Flush the fogging lines periodically.
Inspect nozzles for uneven or reduced mist output.
Keep the water-storage system clean.
Check electrical connections and control components.
Replace worn nozzles, seals or fittings when required.
Safety Features
The system should include secure high-pressure connections and appropriate protection around the pump and electrical components. Pressure should remain within the manufacturer's specified operating range. Only suitable liquids should be used, and any chemical or sanitation solution must be handled according to its manufacturer's instructions. Proper ventilation and controlled application are important when the fogger is used for purposes other than cooling.
