Poultry Humidifier System

The Humidifier System is designed to increase and regulate humidity levels inside poultry houses, hatcheries and other controlled-environment facilities. It distributes fine moisture into the air to help maintain the desired environmental conditions for birds and hatchery operations.

Humidification Unit

The humidification unit generates and distributes fine moisture into the surrounding air. Its configuration can vary according to the required humidity level, area coverage and operating environment.

Water Supply System

The system receives water from a connected storage tank or supply line. A clean and properly filtered water source helps maintain consistent humidification and reduces the risk of nozzle blockage.

Mist Generation System

Pump System

Humidification Nozzles

Specialized nozzles release fine water droplets into the air. Their number, spacing and configuration can be selected according to the required humidity level and area coverage.

Humidity Control

A humidity sensor or controller can monitor the surrounding relative humidity and regulate humidifier operation according to the selected settings. This helps prevent excessive or insufficient humidification.

Control System

The system can be operated manually or integrated with an automatic environmental controller. Automated operation can activate or stop humidification based on programmed humidity conditions.

Working Principle

Water is supplied to the humidification system and delivered to the mist-generation unit. The water is converted into fine droplets and released into the surrounding air through the humidification nozzles.

As the moisture disperses, it increases the relative humidity within the controlled environment. When connected to a humidity controller, the system can automatically regulate operation to maintain the desired humidity range.

Construction Details

The Humidifier System consists of a water-supply arrangement, pump or pressure system, humidification piping, fine-mist nozzles and control components. Depending on the installation, water filtration, humidity sensors and automated controllers can also be integrated.
